Burn Out Workshop!

Feeling Burned Out? Find Your Balance Again!

Are you constantly exhausted, overwhelmed, irritable, or feeling like you’re just going through the motions? Burnout can affect your energy, motivation, relationships, work, and overall emotional well-being. Our therapist-led Burnout Awareness & Recovery Workshop helps you recognize the signs of burnout and chronic stress, understand what may be contributing to emotional exhaustion, and learn practical strategies to restore energy, set healthier boundaries, manage stress, and create a more sustainable work-life balance. Whether you’re already feeling burned out or noticing the early warning signs, this workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, reset, and start feeling more like yourself again.

This is a one-time, interactive workshop designed to give you practical tools you can start using right away. Through a combination of therapist-led psychoeducation, guided exercises, self-reflection, and practical burnout recovery strategies, you’ll learn more about your own stress patterns and identify realistic changes that can help. Rather than committing to an ongoing group, you can spend one focused session learning how to recognize burnout, manage chronic stress, strengthen boundaries, and create healthier habits that support your emotional well-being and everyday life.
